Best Grocery Sales in Houston This Week (November 2, 2026)
The best sales we could confirm at Kroger in Houston this week are 32% off, on Minute rice cups and :ratio protein yogurt. We rechecked all 15 items in this roundup on November 2 at eight Houston stores, and every price below was still live at all eight. Eight of the items dropped from a shelf price we recorded in October. The other seven carry sale tags we couldn't back up, so they are listed separately.

Two notes on those numbers. The current listing gives the Minute rice cups a $2.39 regular price, which would make this 38% off, but they were $2.19 two weeks earlier, so we use that. Cookie Crisp was cheaper on October 17, on sale at $2.99.
Stock varies by store. On November 2, the online listing showed both :ratio flavors out of stock at Cypress Station and Polk, and the Pete & Gerry's eggs out at Cypress Station.
Lower prices in the weekly ad
Kroger's October 28 to November 3 weekly ad goes lower on a few of these if you meet its terms.
- 99¢ mix and match: Minute rice cups and Campbell's condensed chicken noodle soup are 99¢ each when you buy 5 or more participating items in one transaction with your card. Selection varies by location.
- $1.49 Chunky soup: select Campbell's Chunky and Protein soups, 16.1 to 19 oz, are $1.49 each with a digital coupon. Check the coupon's varieties to see if Pub-Style Chicken Pot Pie or Old Fashioned Vegetable Beef count.
- $1.79 cereal: select General Mills cereals, 8.9 to 14 oz, are shown at $3.79 with card minus $2.00, or $1.79 each. The ad doesn't list the varieties or say how the $2.00 comes off, so check the Kroger app to see if Cookie Crisp qualifies.
